Revvox Dial · Hiring

Screen every applicant. Hire the right ones faster.

Revvox Dial is AI phone screening that calls every applicant in their language, marks Pass, Check or Not fit by your rules and books interviews. 14+ languages.

The Dial app: a screening report for a delivery driver applicant marked Pass, with hiring basics quoted as said, role fit checks and the interview booked. Sample data.

The problem

400 applicants for one role. Your recruiters reach the first 40. The best one was number 212. Revvox Dial calls all of them.

Outcomes

How it works

It takes an afternoon
to screen your first role.

  1. Adding a role in Dial: describe who you are hiring in your own words or paste a job post, and Vira sets up the caller.

    Step 1

    Create the role

Describe who you are hiring or paste a job post. Vira drafts the must-haves and questions for you to approve.

  2. The Dial setup checklist: the steps left before going live. Sample data.

    Step 2

    Import applicants

Connect your careers form, import a list with the consent each row came with, or post from any system to a signed link.

  3. A Dial screening call transcript: Vira says it is the AI assistant calling for Brightpath Staffing and asks the role's questions. Sample data.

    Step 3

    Screening calls go out

In each applicant's language, inside calling hours. No answer? It tries again by your rules.

  4. A Dial screening report: Pass, meets what the role needs on every check, the next step and the hiring basics. Sample data.

    Step 4

    Read the report

One page per applicant: Pass, Check or Not fit, the reason and the answers in their own words.

  5. Interviews in Dial: each candidate's role, time and status. Sample data.

    Step 5

    Meet the ones who fit

Passes book a slot on the call. WhatsApp confirmation, reminders 24 and 2 hours before, and a reminder call.

What makes it different

What makes Revvox Dial different
Fair to every applicant. Clear for every recruiter.

  1. 01

    Asks only what you approved

A screening call is a legal conversation. One question about religion, family plans or health, and the call is a problem, not a shortlist.

Vira asks only the questions on the role you approved, in that order. It never asks about religion, caste, gender, marital status or health, and asks age only as 18 or over.

Adding a role in Dial: describe who you are hiring in your own words or paste a job post, and Vira sets up the caller.
  2. 02

    A person decides every Check

Software that rejects people on its own is the fastest way to lose a good hire, and the trust of everyone who applied.

Every applicant ends as Pass, Check or Not fit, always with the reason and their own words behind it. Anything unclear becomes a Check and waits for your team. Every hire is your team's call.

A Dial report's role fit: experience, start date, expected pay, city and lifting, each marked meets. Sample data.
  3. 03

Booked on the call, reminded until they come

A pass who has to wait for an email to book an interview is a pass who takes another offer. Then half the booked ones don't turn up.

Passes pick a slot before the call ends. Dial confirms on WhatsApp, reminds them 24 and 2 hours before, calls to check, and rebooks no-shows.

Dial interviews: candidates with the role, the interview time Vira booked on the screening call, and the mode. Sample data.
  4. 04

    14+ languages, one screen

The best warehouse lead or driver may not want to do a screening in English. A call they can't follow tells you nothing about the job.

Vira calls each applicant in their language, from 14+, and the report quotes their answers as they said them.

Questions

What teams ask
before they start.

Do we approve what the AI asks applicants?
Yes. Vira drafts the role from your description or job post, and you see every must-have and every question before calls start. Change a question or a pay band and the next calls use it.
Does the AI reject applicants on its own?
Every applicant ends as Pass, Check or Not fit, and each one shows the reason: for example, expects ₹26,000 a month against a ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 band. Anything unclear becomes a Check, and a person on your team decides every Check. The recording and transcript are there for any result you want to review.
Will it ask anything we should never ask?
No. It never asks about religion, caste, gender, marital status or health, and it asks about age only to confirm the applicant is 18 or over.
What does the applicant hear?
Vira opens the same way on every call: "Hi, is that Priya? This is Vira, the AI assistant calling for {your company} about your application for the {role} role." Then it asks your questions one at a time in the applicant's language, answers what it can from your role details, and offers interview slots if they pass. The applicant can ask for a person, ask to be called later or say stop at any point.
How do you get consent to call?
The applicant gives it when they apply, on your form or the job board's. Dial checks the consent and opt-out record before every call, and anyone who says stop is never called again. Calls only go out 10:00 to 21:00, Monday to Saturday.
How long does it take to start?
Sign-up, the job and the voice take a few minutes. Adding a role from a job post takes a few more. Business verification for your calling number waits on our review; until you go live, the workspace stays in practice mode and nobody is called.
Does it connect to our ATS or job board?
Not yet. Applicants come in from an uploaded list, your careers form or any system that can post to a signed endpoint. Results go out as signed webhooks. We build a native connection when a pilot customer needs one.
Does it run video interviews or coding tests?
Dial screens by phone, and there is no AI video interview or AI scoring of video. For tech roles, a coding round is in early access: candidates solve a timed task in real code, run the tests in a sandbox and submit, and your team sees every run.
What does it cost?
From $59 a month for about 66 applicants on the beta price, about $0.89 each, + tax where applicable; down to about $0.80 each on Scale. Each applicant uses 30 credits, with retries and up to 2 connected minutes included. Cancel anytime.
